Amalia Goldvaser

Amalia Goldvaser has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Content Partners LLC since 2017, driving the company’s legal strategy and execution of high-stakes entertainment finance transactions. Recognized by Variety as a Top In-House Entertainment Attorney, she is a force in Hollywood dealmaking, leading complex acquisitions of film and television programming, related royalty interests and intellectual property rights.

Before joining Content Partners, Amalia was an associate at Allen Matkins, where she represented clients across corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she worked in the Corporate and Securities group at McLaughlin & Stern LLP in New York City. She also served as a legal fellow at the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice in Brooklyn and completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable E. Thomas Boyle of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Amalia earned her Bachelor of Arts in European History from Columbia University, Columbia College, and her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was Notes Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender. Amalia is licensed to practice in California, New York and New Jersey. She is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew and Russian.

Beyond her legal career, she is a board member of The Cause Connection, a 501(c)(3) philanthropy empowering small charities through fashion-focused events.
