Corporate Counsel of Content Partners, LLC. Ms. Lang’s practice focuses on entertainment finance transactions. This includes acquisitions of film and television and related royalty interests and intellectual property rights, private lending, distribution, licensing and enforcement of library rights.

Prior to joining Content Partners, Ms. Lang was an associate at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP in the Corporate & Financial Services Department’s Entertainment Transactions Practice. There she represented entertainment and media companies, celebrities and professional athletes in connection with a broad array of financing transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing matters. Prior to working at Willkie, Ms. Lang was an associate at Milbank LLP in the Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Group.

Ms. Lang double majored in Legal Studies and Media Studies at the University of California, Berkeley and received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where she was the Articles Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
